What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached, who the sessions are for and your message. We ask that you leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Your therapy records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

This site

This site has no online scheduler, no chat and no tracking tools. If you use the practice's portal for the intake form, that portal has its own privacy notice.

How to ask for deletion

Write to hello@cruxtherapy.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
